Booking Process:

• Appointments can be booked through our website or by contacting us directly.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when booking.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or explicit confirmation from our team.

Cancellation Policy:

• 48 hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling at no cost.
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or one-time rescheduling.
• Less than 24 hours: No refund; rescheduling subject to availability.
• No-show: Full payment forfeited; rescheduling at our discretion.

• Payments can be made via cash, card, or other accepted methods at our studio.
• For package bookings, full payment is required in advance.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change; quoted prices at booking time will be honored.

Quality Assurance:

• We strive to deliver exceptional service consistent with our luxury brand standards.
• If you are unsatisfied with a service, please inform us immediately so we may address your concerns.
• Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of service completion for consideration.
